In 2025, we began planning a follow up for those who participated in the initial enrollment of the Johnston County Health Study.
The Johnston County Health Study is now reaching out to those who participated in our initial enrollment, which took place between 2019 and 2024. For the study’s first follow up, we are using only online surveys and questionnaires. All you will need to participate is internet access and a web browser (on a computer, smartphone, or tablet).
As a way of thanking you for your time and commitment to our study, you will receive an electronic gift card of $20 for your participation.
If you completed the initial enrollment and we have an email address for you, then you will likely receive an email from jocohs_staff@unc.edu for a chance to participate in this first follow up of the study. To begin participating in the study follow up, you must visit the website link provided to you in a email sent to you.
